Privacy policy
Effective from 2 November 2026. This policy is based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and explains how we process personal data provided on this website and when you contact us. The Hungarian version prevails.
1. Data controller

2. Job seekers (application form, WhatsApp, phone)
- Data processed: name, phone number, e-mail address, role of interest, language skills, possible start date, licences and qualifications, notes and – if uploaded – your CV and the data it contains.
- Purpose: finding and offering job opportunities, assessing the applicant’s suitability, staying in contact.
- Legal basis: the applicant’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Transfer to employers: we only pass your data to a specific partner company in the Netherlands or Germany after informing you about that offer and obtaining your consent.
- Retention: until consent is withdrawn, and no longer than 2 years after the last contact.
3. Partner companies (quote form, e-mail, phone)
- Data processed: company name, contact person, business e-mail, phone number, country, description of staffing needs.
- Purpose: preparing quotes, preparing and performing contracts, business communication.
- Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the controller’s legitimate interest in business communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: 1 year for quote requests; for contracts, 5 years after the contract ends, and accounting records for 8 years as required by Hungarian accounting law.
4. Processors and other services
- Netlify, Inc. (USA) – website hosting and form handling. Transfers outside the EU take place under appropriate safeguards (e.g. the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.) – when fonts are loaded, your browser’s IP address is sent to Google’s servers.
- WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.) – if you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy terms also apply.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of its processing, object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time – without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Contact us using the details above; we respond within 30 days at the latest.
6. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., www.naih.hu), with the supervisory authority of your country of residence, or with the competent court.

This website does not use tracking, analytics or marketing cookies and shows no ads. Technical data needed for operation (e.g. IP address to serve requests) is handled by the hosting provider. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent first.
